Notice of Tower Crane Installation – August 18, 2025

Jair Lynch Real Estate Partners is pleased to announce a significant milestone in The Heritage at Old Town construction schedule. On Monday, August 18, 2025, our construction team will be installing the site’s tower crane. Work will occur between 7:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m. Extended hours may be utilized under permit as required.

Parking & Lane Closures

• Location: 500–534 Block S Alfred Street

• Parking Closure Start: 12:00 a.m., August 18, 2025

• Parking Closure End: 12:00 a.m., August 19, 2025

Additional Details

• Wilkes Park will remain open to the public throughout the day.

• A significant number of tractor trailers and construction equipment will be present in the vicinity and staged on Alfred Street during the crane installation.

• Two mobile cranes will be positioned within the site to facilitate the erection of the tower crane.

• Members of the public are welcome to observe the operation from a safe distance.
